Though this is a small business and stocks are limited, I will do my best to accommodate you as best as possible.

SHIPPING: Only local sales with shipping within Hong Kong.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Unfortunately, there is No Size Exchange allowed at the moment. So please check your sizes carefully before ordering.

For Boa Vista T8 racing tees and Boa Vista BocoGear Running Caps, I stand behind the products and provide a limited warranty for materials and workmanship defects under normal use for a period of one month after purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear. If you have any issues, please email us at elliot@ultra-elliot.run and include a photo of the issue.

For the Boa Vista casual tee, no warranty is provided once worn, 7 days after receipt.

In the event of a return, please attach the a copy of the receipt with the item.

Once received, a replacement will be sent to you within 2-4 working days subject to stock availability. If no stock is available, you will have the option of a 100% refund (7 days processing time).
