From 100kg to my racing weight of 73kg. From thinking 3km was exhausting to finishing 300km and wishing it could go on longer.. .. What a journey!
Since then, I have taken my passion to the next level by becoming a coach. I have gained certification as a UESCA Ultrarunning Coach, and I have since been working with runners from all levels to make their dreams in running come true!
7 years ago, I discovered the Hong Kong 4 Trails Ultra Challenge (HK4TUC). A by invitation only solo self-supported endurance personal challenge covering 298km and 14,500m of elevation gain linking the 4 main trails of Hong Kong...
Within 60 hours you are classified as a finisher, and within 72 hours a survivor. No UTMB points, no medals, just the satisfaction of kissing the green postbox in Mui Wo, Lantau, getting sprayed by Moet Champagne, and having just completed one of the toughest ultras in Asia.
On February 2nd, 2022, I embarked on a life changing experience, and 63:44 later, I made it to the green postbox in Mui Wo.
